Questions
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. Social media and care plans are monthly rolling with 30 days' notice. Websites are a one-off payment.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the website and your domain name are yours.
What do you need from me?
A short chat about your business, access to your pages, and about 15 minutes a month to approve your content. We handle everything else.
How quickly can you start?
Usually within a few days. One-page websites can be live within 7 days of getting your details.
Where do you work?
We're based in East Sussex and work with businesses anywhere in the UK. Content visits are in person where we can reach you, and everything else is done remotely.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Monthly plans are paid at the start of each month. Websites are 50% up front and 50% when your site goes live.
